H-2A Application Software
File Without an Attorney
RCubed Studios partnered with Harvest Hand to deliver a self-service software platform that allows agricultural employers to prepare and file H-2A temporary worker petitions without retaining outside legal counsel.
The Engagement
The H-2A program is a regulated, multi-form federal process administered jointly by the United States Department of Labor and United States Citizenship and Immigration Services. Agricultural employers traditionally engage immigration counsel to navigate the petition lifecycle. Harvest Hand asked RCubed Studios to engineer a software platform that captures the work product previously delivered by counsel and exposes it as a guided, self-service workflow.
Approach
RCubed Studios designed the platform around the federal form sequence, with each step modeled as a discrete workflow stage. Domain validation, applicant data persistence, and document assembly were engineered as first-class concerns. The result is a workflow that mirrors the underlying regulatory process and produces submission-ready outputs.
Outcome
Harvest Hand operates the platform as a consumer-facing service at harvesthand.app, serving agricultural employers across the United States. RCubed Studios remains the engineering partner for ongoing maintenance and feature delivery.
